how it works

Ordering

Placing an order is a WhatsApp message away — here's the rhythm.

How do I place an order?

Browse the menu, tap "+ Add" on any dish, and the order builder will compose a WhatsApp message for you. Hit "Send on WhatsApp" and we will reply to confirm.

How much notice do you need?

For most dishes, the morning of works if you message us before 11am. For catering orders of 20 or more people, please give us 24 to 48 hours notice so we can prep everything fresh.

Is there a minimum order?

Some dishes have a minimum (shown next to the price — for example, "Minimum order: 5"). For delivery we ask for a $30 minimum across the order to make the courier worth booking.

Can I order multiple days in advance?

Yes. The order builder lets you pick a date and time when you send. We confirm by WhatsApp and prep the morning of.

where and when

Delivery & collection

We're in Queenstown — collection is fastest, delivery is easy.

Where are you based?

Queenstown, Singapore — on Alexandra Road, close to Queenstown MRT and a short hop from Commonwealth, Buona Vista and Holland Village. The exact address is on our contact page; self-collection is the most reliable option.

Do you deliver?

Yes — we book Grab or Lalamove on your behalf and pass through the cost. Distance and time of day affect the price; we tell you upfront before booking.

Do you deliver to East Coast, the CBD, Tampines or Jurong?

Yes — we deliver islandwide, including East Coast, the CBD, Tampines, Jurong and the heartlands. Delivery is by Grab or Lalamove and the cost depends on distance from our Queenstown kitchen.

When can I collect?

Monday to Saturday between 10am and 7pm. Sundays we are closed. If you need an unusual collection time for a catering order, message us — we can usually accommodate.

Payment

PayNow keeps things simple — and lets us reserve your ingredients.

How do I pay?

PayNow or PayLah on order confirmation. We send the QR / number after you confirm the order over WhatsApp.

Can I pay on collection?

No, we ask for payment on confirmation. This lets us reserve ingredients without the kitchen running double-shifts on speculative orders. We have not had a payment issue in five years.

Do you do invoices for office orders?

Yes. Mention "office invoice please" when you order and we will send a PDF invoice. We can also issue receipts for catering.

04

made the way you like

Customisation

Tell us how you want it — most things can be tuned.

Can I adjust the spice level?

Yes — tell us mild, medium, or spicy when you order. We default to medium for first-time customers. We can do extra-spicy if you really want it.

Can you make a dish less oily?

For most dishes, yes. Mention it in the order notes and we will adjust. Some dishes (like vada pav) need their fat to taste right; we will tell you if we cannot accommodate.

Do you do custom catering menus?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your guest count and any preferences. We will reply with a suggested menu and a quote within a few hours.

Dietary

Allergies, halal, veg-only — what we promise, and what we can't.

Do you separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking?
Yes — different pans, different utensils, different prep surfaces. Veg-only customers can trust there is no cross-contact.
Do you use MSG?
Never. Not in any dish.
Is everything halal?
Our non-vegetarian sourcing is halal. We are not currently halal-certified by MUIS; we can give you our supplier details if you want to verify.
Can you do nut-free or gluten-free?
For nut allergies, yes — most dishes can be prepared nut-free (mention it in the notes). For gluten-free, our breads (roti, paratha, naan) and some snacks contain wheat; the rice dishes and most curries are gluten-free naturally.
Do you offer Jain food in Singapore?
Yes — we prepare Jain food in Singapore, cooking no-onion, no-garlic versions of many dishes on request. Let us know when you order so we can plan it, and we can put together a fully Jain spread for catering too. Read more in our guide to Jain food in Singapore.
