Orders for a given day close at 12:00 on that day itself. After that the headcount goes to the kitchen and we cook to it, so there is nothing to add an order to. Full detail is in the bento terms.

Between $10 and $15.50, priced per day on the calendar — no subscription, no minimum and no delivery fee. You pay for the days you pick and nothing else.

From the pickup point you chose at checkout. We currently run to NUS Kent Ridge, MDIS Residences @ Stirling and SP Jain Singapore — pick the door nearest you, not the campus. Your confirmation email has the exact spot and a map link.

The whole run leaves the kitchen at 6pm, and that is the one time we can promise in advance. Your block's own time depends on the evening's route, so we email you a rough one once that route is set — and email you again, with a photo, the moment your bento is actually there. Only that second email asks you to come down.

Our non-vegetarian sourcing is halal, and we are not MUIS-certified. Both halves of that sentence matter, and the full statement is on the terms page.

No. Pick your days, pay, and the confirmation email carries a link to your order and the drop point you chose. There is nothing to sign up for and no app to install.

Yes — put as many days in the basket as you like and pay for them together. Each day still closes on its own deadline, so a Monday order placed on Friday is fine.

Some days are capped, and once a bento is gone the calendar stops offering it rather than taking an order we cannot cook. If you know your week, book it early.

Before 12:00 we can usually change it — message us. After that the food is already being cooked. See changing an order.

We email you the moment we put it down, with a photo of exactly where it is. That is the only message that asks you to come down, and it is sent by the person standing at the shelf.

Yes. Your name is on the lid, so send them the photo from your email and tell them what to look for.

No. We leave your bento at your block’s food delivery or parcel collection point, with your name on the lid, and email you a photo of exactly where it is the moment it is down. Nobody waits with it, so there is no window to be late for — but please collect it as soon as you get that email. After we leave it, it is no longer in our care, and a bento that is never collected is not refunded — see how it reaches you.

Yes — different pans, different utensils, different prep surfaces, and the boxes are packed separately. If you eat vegetarian only, the veg bento is genuinely veg.

Every bento on the calendar lists its dishes and its allergen tags before you add it. If you are unsure about something, ask before ordering rather than after — details on allergens and halal.

You are refunded in full for that day, and only that day — the rest of a multi-date order carries on. The rules are set out under if we cancel.
