Iftar has its own rhythm. The food has to be ready before maghrib, it has to break the fast gently before the heavier dishes arrive, and it has to feed a room that has been waiting all day. Catering that on top of the daily fast and family obligations is a lot — so our Ramadan iftar catering in Singapore is built to land on time, halal-sourced, and ready to serve the moment the call comes.

At Alif Rasoi every iftar order is cooked fresh in our Queenstown home kitchen and timed for collection or delivery before maghrib, so nothing sits around losing its warmth.

An Iftar Spread, Start to Finish

A good iftar moves from light to hearty, and we cater the whole arc:

  • To break the fast — dates, fresh fruit, and cooling dishes like dahi vada
  • Savouries — samosas, pakoras, cutlets and chaat to ease into the meal
  • The main spread — biryani, curries, chole, dals and fresh breads
  • Sweets — gulab jamun and seasonal mithai to finish

Order as individually packed iftar boxes for a mosque or community hand-out, or as large sharing trays for a family gathering.

Halal-Sourced, Cooked with Care

Meat is from halal suppliers, and vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are cooked, packed and labelled separately so every guest can eat with confidence. We also prepare fully vegetarian and Jain (no onion, no garlic) spreads for mixed gatherings and community events. Tell us your numbers and any dietary needs, and we plan the spread around them.

How to Plan Your Iftar Catering

Ramadan is our busiest catering stretch, so book well ahead:

  1. Message us your dates, headcount and the maghrib timing you need it for.
  2. We suggest an iftar menu portioned to your numbers — edit it freely.
  3. Confirm and pay by PayNow or PayLah; we lock in your slot.
  4. We cook fresh and deliver before maghrib, across Singapore.

Minimum ten portions; twenty-four hours’ notice for most orders, and forty-eight or more for large Ramadan orders. For recurring nightly iftars, message us early to set a rhythm for the month.

Beyond Iftar: Eid and Every Gathering

When Ramadan gives way to Eid, the same kitchen handles your celebration — Indian party food catering for the Eid feast, and savoury spreads built around our North Indian snacks. For prayer meets and office iftars, our office and corporate catering fits too. The full picture is on our catering page.
